Radha Blackman
Radha’s previous experience includes managing donor relations in UNESCO's Education and External Relations Sectors at their headquarters in France, and researching civic education as a Fulbright scholar in Bulgaria. She worked for over seven years at the International Education and Resource Network, where she held a number of positions, including: Director of Administration; and Program Administrator for civic education projects in the Near East, South and Central Asia. Radha earned an M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and received her B.A. from Smith College in Asian History.
