Radha Blackman
Radha Blackman joined PARSA Community Foundation in 2007, as Director of Development. Radha’s previous experience includes donor relations management at UNESCO's Education, and civic education research as a Fulbright scholar in Bulgaria. She worked for over seven years at the International Education and Resource Network, where she held a number of positions, including: Director of Administration; and Program Administrator for civic education projects in the Near East, South and Central Asia. Radha earned an M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and received her B.A. from Smith College in Asian History.
