Jeffrey R. Leighton
Jeffrey R. Leighton, CPA, has served as PARSA Community Foundation’s CFO since 2007. Jeff has extensive foundation experience and has participated in the establishment and management of numerous nonprofit organizations. Jeff writes and speaks frequently on nonprofit management and investment management issues and was the chief financial and administrative officer of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation from 1988 through 1997, overseeing its growth from $90 million to over $8 billion in assets. He has extensive experience as a corporate financial officer; was a CPA with Price Waterhouse; and, he holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
